Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This page explains which cookies and similar technologies moroccantrippers.com uses and how you control them.
1. Your choice
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose which categories you allow. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you agree. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
2. Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off. We store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage key mt_consent, 12 months). No personal profile is built from it.
3. Analytics (optional)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years | |
| _ga_<ID> | Keeps session state | 2 years |
4. Advertising (optional)
With your consent we use Google Ads conversion measurement, to know whether a visit from one of our ads led to an enquiry. This helps us show our ads to people who are genuinely interested in a Morocco tour.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Links ad clicks to enquiries | 90 days | |
| _gcl_aw | Stores the ad click identifier | 90 days |
If you refuse, Google Ads may still receive anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode) that do not identify you.
5. Third-party content
Fonts, icons and flag images are loaded from Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and flagcdn. These services receive your IP address so they can deliver the files, but we do not use them to set tracking cookies. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest take you to those services, where their own cookie policies apply.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work.
